Leathermart is a B2B sourcing platform enabling retailers, wholesalers, and large corporations to source leather products directly from brands and suppliers globally. It currently enables over 200 buyers, retailers & wholesalers (both single & chain stores Including Reliance, Shoppers Stop & Central) to source over 18 brands (Lee Cooper, ID, Aqualite etc) from various sellers across the country. The buyers use a safe, transparent medium to evaluate (using simplified data analysis tools), buy and share feedback on products and services.
Leathermart also provides sellers with data. It allows them to evaluate the buying habits of customers, forecast and streamline supply chain & reduce inventory costs while reaching out to the right target audience resulting in an overall improvement in sales.
The Startup has a team of 12 people. Prathap has 12 years work experience with corporates and 8 years of retail experience in footwear, Romanch, has 13 years of tech work experience and Azam their cofounder, comes with over 18 years of experience in footwear distribution.
