Shashank Murali is seen pitching TapChief – a Startup that enables users to consult experts to make better decisions. Launched in Feb 2016 Tapchief came to be because of the personal experiences of the founders – they had limited access to timely expert guidance when they most needed it.

“We have seen over 50,000 minutes of talk-time. In addition, our partnerships with various universities, online learning platforms, co-working spaces, incubators amongst others has ensured we will impact lakhs of lives through 1 Million Minutes of mentoring already scheduled for 2017 alone,” says Shashank.
Tapchief’s mission is to democratize knowledge-sharing by breaking all kinds of geographical, social & technological barriers.
All three founders – Shashank Murali, Binay Krishna & Arjun Krishna – are from BITS Pilani and built TapChief from their hostel rooms. This is not their first Startup. Edvice was an on-demand tutoring app that the team built, that was acquired by HashLearn in 2015. TapChief has a team of nine team members.
