Founders Ram Tummala and Sunil Fonseca are seen pitching Hyderabad-based Studentnext that connects students with universities around the world.
The Startup provides test preparation, counseling services and access to relevant vendors, for students that are planning to pursue higher education abroad. The founders feel that students face challenges as they are dependent on consultants with limited knowledge, and require to reach out to the big cities to find good help centers. These are the problems that the Startup has set out to solve, using online methods.
“10 Lakh students attempt GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT, SAT, PTE in India and 200,00 Students travel abroad to pursue higher education,” states Ram.
Ram is a graduate of Kean University and Sunil is from the London School of Business.
