Taranbir Sahni is seen pitching VsnapU [vsnapu.com] – an online aggregator of photographers. Founder Parminder Sahni calls it the “uber for photographers”.
It started off with a pilot in Munnar to validate the idea. Contrary to what one would assume that people on holiday want their privacy, Parminder found that converting tourists into customers was easy as honeymooners, families, others wanted good photographs for digital media.
Having executed some and built a network of photographers the Startup has decided to scale the B2B aspects of the business. They currently have two large Ecommerce clients with multi-city requirements that were looking for a single point of contact. “VsnapU is solving their problem at an affordable price while providing work to the local photographers,” says Parminder.
Parminder is a post graduate in Executive Leadership and has 8+ years of work experience. He also runs Travelwithsmile.com, a company he set up. The second Cofounder Kaushik Singh who is responsible for technology development has 7+ years of experience and has developed technology for several startups.
