Safeer Usman seen pitching Klik Analytics that aims to revolutionize the Retail industry through real-time KPI’s by aggregating and generating usable customer data.
“Klik Analytics aims to be the de facto standard platform that retailers use to measure and improve the in-store experience a customer has in the age-old brick and mortar stores. We believe in creating tools for unbiased decision-making. Our focus for obtaining real-time KPIs with lowest capital expenditure sets us in a dominant position already within the sector,” says Safeer.
The Klik team has been in operation for over a year and has designed and developed smart computer vision-based products to find customer touch-points and behavioral patterns. Klik uses existing hardware like CCTV cameras and therefore the user only has to invest in software. Klik sees this as a USP.
Safeer holds a Masters in Innovation from Imperial College, London and has worked in various Analyst and Consultant roles with firms such as Air India and Jaguar Land Rover. This is his third venture and also runs a software outsourcing firm.
