The 22nd “Connecting Ideas With Money” session took place this morning. Atulya Bhat of Matrix Partners was present. 8 startups pitched, 5- Bangalore, 1-Chennai, 1-Madurai, 1-Koklatta.
At the end of the session, Atulya provided the founders that pitched with some important feedback:
1. Introduce your team at the begining of an investor presentation
2. Explain what is driving you to pursue this idea? What is your motivation for doing what you do?
3. Provide customer data – who are your customers? What are they saying about your product/services? etc.
4, When providing market data, speak also about MVS – Minimum Viable Segment – the segment the startup plans to address
It was a highly interactive, enjoyable session.
