Chandan Behera and Priyanshu Sekhar Patra seen pitching Naradd – an AI-based customer engagement platform, which provides notifications from the company to the user, based on his/her choices and behavior.

“A user can choose what type of notifications (updates, promotions, etc), from whom (which companies), and in which categories (food, fashion, travel, etc) he/she is willing to receive. The companies also get benefited by knowing they need to send their messages to a selective audience,” says Chandan.
The Startup is aiming to reach 2.3b Smartphone users worldwide with a goal of replacing traditional ways of mobile (SMS, Emails, push notifications) Marketing where users have very little control on what content they receive.
Founders:
Naradd is co-founded by Aman, Priyanshu and Chandan, 2015 batch IIT Alumni from Guwahati and Kharagpur.
Aman in an ex-Virtusa employee (8 months) and co-founder of Doers – a bike and car servicing company, serving as it’s CTO (1.7 yrs).
Priyanshu was employed at PayPal (2 yrs) as a software developer before he co-founded SkyHigh- a health and fitness startup (7 months).
Chandan was working with BOSCH (2.3 yrs) as an Assistant Manager before joining as Operational Head in SkyHigh.
This young Startup started its journey in January 2018 when inability to scale their previous Startup led them to a new idea. How about building a communication platform that would facilitate businesses in reaching out to a large audience? Talking to other similar ventures led them to understand the pain that most companies face – reaching out to the right audience in the market and getting quick and apt feedback on their products/service.
Besides, as users all of them were at the receiving end of bulk marketing campaigns via annoying SMSs and emails.
Solving both these pain points has been their individual and NARADD’s goal since then.
