Founder Mayur Mehta pitching AgentNIP – a marketplace that brings B2B offline businesses online and solves the challenges faced by suppliers and buyers. AgentNIP is currently addressing the textile vertical and brings knowledge accumulated about this slice of the market from his family business that has been operating in this space.
“AgentNIP is born from a personal pain point. As a manufacturer dealing with multiple unreliable agents across different geographical locations, supplying goods on credit basis without any verification of buyer’s credibility in paying back the amount on time or at times even paying back at all. We have taken the textile sector as our 1st target vertical because of our prolonged experience in the industry. We are a 9-month old Startup having 20+ paid buyers, 10+ suppliers, completed 50+ transactions and with 50+ prospective clients. We are operational in – Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Surat and Pali (Raj),” says Mayur.
The Startup has a team of 9 members that bring operational, compliance, design, legal and engineering knowledge and experience as well as some industry veterans that operate as advisors.
