“The growing e-commerce industry has opened a huge opportunity for offline sellers. However, the challenge for these sellers to onboard multiple marketplaces is to list their diversified product catalogs, manage the inventory and fulfill these mutli-channel orders. While there are ERP solutions available to manage inventory and orders, there are no solutions available for product catalog listing across marketplaces. Each marketplace demands its own format of product listing and its own criteria for defining the product attributes which can be quite different from one another in terms of categories, attributes and attribute values. This makes the catalog listing a laborious, time consuming and error prone task for sellers who typically don’t understand these complexities. Moreover, this problem becomes more acute for sellers who have large number of SKUs and greater variety in their product line,” says Mahaveer. “We are here to solve this problem by providing a massively scalable seller platform.”
