Founder Aditya Bajaj pitching Kolkata-based Whizcoach – a content and community platform for vernacular users.
“There are 300 million users in India using internet in vernacular language and it is expected to go up to 536 million by 2021. Google estimates that around 90% of Internet users in India are not proficient in English. These numbers go on to show that the next surge in content is going to be in the vernacular space. Along with creating content, we also provide a platform to users to create content. The response that we have got both for creating and consuming content has been overwhelming,” says Aditya.
The Startup was founded by husband-wife team Aditya and Retu Bajaj. Aditya is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is the ex co-founder of Zeronify.com and Retu is a company secretary by profession and has worked at Zeronify as a Business Development head.
