The Startup holds ‘speed’ and ‘simplicity’ as central to what they do
“Previously while running a design studio we worked with brands creating solutions. What we saw with brands and businesses was that the communication with customers was very monotonous over SMS and email. These interactions were one way where the businesses ended up spamming the users decreasing the value for the customer furthermore. Chatbots were a game changer they added more value to the conversation between businesses and customers. Suddenly the interactions became more valuable and we saw a new market of messaging solutions emerging. We started experimenting with a few of our old clients and the results were phenomenal. That’s when we decided to work full time on BotSpace,” says Bilal.
The founders hold that the chatbot market will reach $1.23b by 2025. The Startup started sales in Feb ‘18 and has 25+ clients.
