Founder Akshay Vachhani pitching Mumbai-based My Healthy Palate – an offline/online ‘cloud share kitchen’ Startup that brings online food ordering and offline dinning together in a subscription-based service. It also aims to offer a B2B2C model to businesses.
“Keeping the food standardized and having quality control to the maximum, without even owning our own kitchen is our primary goal.” Says Akshay.
My Healthy Palate is a venture of two college friends – Akshay Vachhani and Prashant Sharma and was founded in 2017. This was just before they graduated from their BE courses in Computer Science. The Startup is currently operational in Andheri, Mumbai and servicing ~1000 orders/day.
