“After two decades of experience in sales, client relations and business development across industries like banking, insurance, digital media and IT, I was in a unique position to see a wide gap in sales technology. I could see different business units working in silos and while technology was enabling conversations to increase at a rapid rate, the quality and outcomes were questionable,” says Prashanth.
