“The company’s name “Sharedpro” was derived in an imprompt way from a folder named as a short form of Shared professional on google drive. Sharedpro’s current web platform was intended to be used for streamlining the hiring process for its clients to hire employees on sharing although later companies started demanding the software to help them hire employees for their regular jobs. The first employee hired through Sharedpro as a shared employee was sitting jobless for 2 years after completing his Master’s degree. After getting experience as a shared employee, he received various job offers and finally settled in for a job from an MNC in Bengaluru,” says Sujit.
