“55 crore women spend close to $30b every year and still find themselves looking at their closet each morning and having nothing to wear. The rental and re-sale model is the fastest-growing model in the fashion industry and we plan to be the first ones to pioneer that in India,” says Varun.

“Both Varun and I were in the US looking to start a business. While I was going for a vacation, I came across a clothing rental subscription service and both Varun and I fell in love with the idea. We spoke to about 1000 potential customers and launched a subscription-based Fashion Rental Service in India. While subscription was picking up in other parts of the world, we realized that customers weren’t ready for it in India,” says Ashri.
”We started speaking with customers again, started making deliveries ourselves to understand our target audience better. From those insights we launched our newer and better business model earlier this year and we’ve been getting a great response ever since!”
The Startup is currently operational, post revenue and aims “to pioneer and conquer the multi- billion-dollar fashion rental and re-sale market in India”.
