“There is a large unmet need for low cost transition models but farmers do not have a seemless way to transition. We are solving the transition and adoption of sustainable agri models by small and medium farmers – through expert connect, on-demand training, input linkages, buy back and community support,” says Indranil. “We researched 70+ success stories and found a common thread across them all- most of these stories used principles of regenerative agriculture in one form or another. In parallel, there is a ground up movement of independent low cost farming model being popularised as ZBNF. Since, April we have been trying end to end propositions. While we were at it, a small change on our website triggered creation of 1300 organic farmers within 30 days at a CAC of 30 cents per farmer. We sold subscription program and made a $116 at 200% profit with 20% paid retention rate (same as ttxn, china). The next gen farmer is gobbling it all up (30 million people following #organic farming #soil on fb india).”

The startups believes that there is a huge need for farmers to implement alternate profitable models of farming within a few seasons (under 1 year), not 3- 7 years
as in the current system.
