On the 11th of February 2022, at the Connecting Ideas With Money session at Lounge47, founder Channakeshava C pitched Pola Puzzles – a toys and games Startup that
manufactures and sells the Pola brand of jigsaw puzzles. It is based in Bangalore.
The Startup has been revenue generating for the last three years and is seeking to raise investment in order to expand globally.
“Children are spending hours in front of TV and Mobile. Children’s social Life is missing. Puzzles are fun for both children and parents…to spend quality time together,” says Channakeshava.
He is a single founder and started his journey as a data entry operator. After a series of jobs with companies like SPAR Hypermarkets and Cheil India, he decided to start his own business. He started making Jigsaw Puzzle and sold out on Amazon within a month. This encouraged him to work on the packaging and launched in
January 2018.
“I have done 1.2 crore turnover with a margin of 20 – 25% Profits. I don’t have any team …. whatever I have done is like one man army,” says Channakeshava.
