At the Connecting Ideas With Money, Lounge47 session held on the 4th of May 2022, founder Sheker Sundhara Rajan pitched bangalore-based Huber [Hub Technologies] – a B2B marketplace offering hybrid work solutions for mid to large corporates and their employees. The startup is at the post revenue stage.
“By aggregating co-workspaces, managed workspaces and independent commercial buildings on our tech platform on a wholesale basis and disaggregating on a retail basis to corporates on demand, pay-by-the-hour, pay-per-use and near to employee residences,” says Kavesh Gupta. “The divide between work and home has disappeared, thus adding new complexities and problems to an already inefficient employee work-life.”

The startup believes that the new normal is Hybrid work- a ripe opportunity for large scale disruption through digital transformation. Their B2B digital marketplace seamlessly integrates employee work-life, office-home all on one super App.
The idea was triggered with the thought that be it the financial crisis of 2008 or the current pandemic, organizations look at two things immediately: reduction of manpower; reduction of commercial office space.
The journey so far has been successful. Their experience has been that big and small corporates are looking for hybrid work in some form or the other. Huber reports that they have trialed their product with 12 customers, signed 4 customers, have 1196 users and clocked a run rate of 12 lakhs/month with their projection of increasing this to
50 lakhs. They have aggregated 375 co-work players in a month and in the next two months are confident to reach 1000 across 28 cities.

The founders have know each other for the past 15 years. They got together with the idea in 2021, roped in the CTO Dr. Vamsi Mohan from Tech Mahindra and built Huber.
