At the Connecting Ideas With Money session, that took place on the 29th of July, founder Shryas Bhurat pitched Bangalore-based Carbonite.Club – a pre-seed Web3 startup that is helping students build their resumes based on ‘proof of tasks’ and thus helping companies hire them with ease.

“We are doing it by building an on-chain anonymous identity-based on ‘proof of tasks’, that are verified and easy to take, anywhere on the Internet, since these are NFT’s,” says Shryas. “…solving problems on the hiring side with pre-verified resumes and on the student’s side where they get incentives to learn new skills.”
‘Proof of tasks’ would be defined by the companies on the platform and the identity of the user would be an NFT. The startup also feels this would reduce discrimination against students because of their demographic by anonymizing them.
