At the Connecting Ideas With Money Lounge47 session, that took place on the 16th of September 2022, founder Bhavik Raninga pitched Tobago – a B2B platform that services Paanwala’s day-to-day needs. They aim is to provide an on-demand delivery service of goods at a reasonable price. The startup is located in Surat, Gujrat and is seeking to raise seed funding.
“We have solved daily purchasing issues of shopkeepers such as price equity, queue issues, vast list of products,
secure payment method, delivery service and more.” says Bhavik. “During the pandemic, I brought the idea to our team……we pointed out some gaps in this segment and tried to solve as many as possible.”
The startup launched in the year 2020 with a manual phone ordering system. Six months later, they launched a WhatsApp ordering system. Now they have launched the Tobago mobile App.
