At the Connecting Ideas With Money session on the 12th of November, 2022 founder Anirudh Goutham pitched Texperia – that provides Digital Employee Experiences (DEX) to support HR during the employee onboarding process.

The world is moving towards building Digital Employee Experiences (DEX), which has become a necessity. DEX gained a lot of importance post the pandemic, especially with remote and hybrid companies. Distributed work force, Gen Z and millennial employees demand a better DEX.

To start an impactful DEX for candidates and employees, the best place to start is onboarding. The startup believes that this is where the relationship starts, and first impressions go a long way in providing positive business outcome, retention and advocacy.

“We all live in an experience economy. With consumers and employees having access to the latest tech via their devices. Texperia aims to make their journeys more experiential and delightful, while addressing some key challenges,” says Anirudh. “Since 2016, we have been delivering digital customer experiences to brands and enterprises across India and Dubai. An opportunity was presented to us during the pandemic where our customers wanted us to create digital experiences for their employees to improve engagement and reduce Zoom fatigue. Hence, Texperia was born.”

They enable HR to deliver immersive and interactive tech across augmented reality, 360 videos, AI powered experiences and a reimagined way to carry out surveys, polls and even compliance training.

The startup is running beta trials and plans to target the mid-market segment of companies, first the Indian market and then the US and UK. They plan to be market leaders in HR experiential. A meta verse version of Texperia is also being built.

The founders cover business, creative and technology and having known each other and worked together for almost a decade.
