“We want every aspirant to be able to utilize his full potential while preparing for these examinations. Significant investment of the parents into this preparation is to be utilized fruitfully, and they should know the challenges faced by the students and their role in this preparation,” says Souban.

“With student-centric learning and personalization, learning can be optimized for all, allowing them to utilize their full potential. Our Learning Model involves a student-centric bottoms-up approach in which the curriculum is decided after the student’s assessment of strengths and shortcomings and delivered according to a planned strategy to overcome individual requirements with regular course corrections and holistic progress monitoring. So every program is customized for every student to ensure growth and optimized learning. These programs are delivered through one-on-one online learning by lambdacube educators.”

Souban himself has worked in this domain for seven years and has personal experience with preparing for competitive exams. He believes that a one-size fits all approach is used in classroom teaching, leaves students depressed and under confident. He believes that every student has a different way of learning and understanding and they should have a fair chance to prepare for these exams according to their strengths and weaknesses.

Souban himself, after graduation, was a mathematics teacher for these exams in Dubai. He also understood the pain points through his own experiences where even his parents were not informed, so help was not forthcoming. This experience drove him to solve this problem and give every aspirant for competitive exams a fighting chance.
