At the Connecting Ideas With Money session that took place on the 20th of January 2023 founder Farooq Haque pitched Talentplace.ai – a Bangalore-based SAAS-based profile builder hiring platform.
The startup uses visually impactful displays of information for quick decision and seamless integration with the ATS systems and job boards. They offer recruiters ‘measures of true talent’ with the help of data gathered through user input and skill assessments about the technical skills, personality traits, growth, portfolio of work, and achievements.
“Our mission is to build dynamic teams to drive futuristic businesses,” says Farooq. “We help achieve a 70% reduction in cost of hiring, a 50% reduction in time to fill positions, perfect matching of skills and 2x qualified candidates,” says Farooq.
