The startup’s mission is to bridge the gap in the HRtech industry, by providing a solution that offers personalized, timely, actionable insights and a continuous feedback loop for professional and personal growth. Their product CalibrateTM is the right mix of behavioral insights, expert coaching, AI intervention and nudges that surface at the right time to help leaders take action with just a click.

Afjalina had a bitter experience when working at a startup where her mental wellbeing and
health was compromised, forcing her to seek mental health help and hospitalization. She recognized the stigma
attached first hand and being considered ‘emotionally weak’. Kaushik, who was working in an early stage startup, also witnessed the amount of mental stress founders go through while trying to keep the startup afloat. When the two met and exchanged ideas CalibrateTM was born.
