“For every job opening there are 250+ applicants and over 80% of these applicants are rejected based on keywords. 78% of applicants oversell their skills in CVs, and bad hires cost 6-9 months salary to the company. At Enligence, we believe that HR departments and talent acquisition teams deserve faster and more efficient tools for evaluating and hiring the right talent.”
The startup was founded in 2020. It uses it’s proprietary tech and ChatGPT integration that evaluates every candidate in a conversational and unbiased manner. With their tuned evaluation model, candidates are autonomously assessed and ranked on a leaderboard. HR teams can then see results easily and engage with top talent.
It started with founder Abhinav Dayal noticing that 90% of his students were not able to crack job interviews due to conversational skills. He therefore started building a solution to help students practice mock interviews. This lead to him building a ASR & NLP engine. He observed a 70% improvement in student conversational skills.
The startup reports to have beta-tested the system through 7000+ interviews sessions. Having encountered ‘amazing results, they feel ready to come out of beta.
