Their journey began out of necessity. As an active individual constantly on the move, the founder struggled to find underwear that could keep up with his lifestyle. Cotton underwear, while common, tends to retain moisture, leading to bacterial growth and discomfort. Unable to find a suitable solution, he founded HIELABS to create the perfect underwear for men like himself.

With a background in the fashion industry, the founder has spent 10 years as a fashion buyer in North America, working with renowned brands like Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, and Ferragamo. Returning to India to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams, he teamed up with his business partner and co-founder, N Balaji. Despite coming from successful business backgrounds, they shared a common goal of launching their own venture, driven by their passion for innovation and comfort.
