Yamini holds a B.E/M.E in Electrical Engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College. Her cofounder Abhishek Dhote holds a B.E/M.TECH in Computer science from VIT Pune university.
The idea for the Startup took form when Abhishek’s daughter was born in December, 2015. He got to know of a government initiative — Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana — a small deposit scheme so parents can meet the education and marriage expenses of a girl child. Though it seemed like a good scheme to invest in, the lack of any relevant information made it difficult for Abhishek to register for it. He realized that, like him, there were many others in need of such information, and that made him want to do something about this.
The Startup claims that the website has had 7lakh + visitors, its Apps have seen 6000+ and 14,000+ downloads and the Startup has started to generate revenue.
