Ayurooms bridges the two sides of the market by handpicking India’s best wellness resorts, simplifying the booking process, and curating and managing the clients’ experience.
Anusha was born and raised in Mumbai. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business and Marketing from De Montfort University, UK and an Event Management Diploma from the EDMI Institute, Mumbai. She worked for Zumba Fitness as its Community Representative for South Asia, covering five countries. Thereafter, she co-founded Epicurus Entertainment, an event management company, and The Hive, a co-workspace in Mumbai. As a freelance wellness consultant, she worked for brands such as Colgate Palmolive, Cadbury, Morgan Stanley, Accenture, Disney, Network 18 and Courtyard Marriott (Pune).
Alykhan Alidina was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. He holds an Honours BA from the Ivey Business School (Canada) and a MBA from the Vlerick Business School (Belgium). He has 12+ years of international development experience, having worked for regional and global institutions headed by His Highness The Aga Khan. He subsequently joined his family’s real estate business for two years and then moved to India. He briefly worked for YourStory as a copyeditor, an experience that partly inspired him to start Ayurooms.
