Founder Shubham Jain pitching Tresmoto – that is building last mile logistics and commuter electric 2/3 wheelers and entry level enthusiast vehicles.
“We are building motorcycles 40% cheaper than other EV in the same class, comparable in price and performance to their petrol counterparts. These vehicles will be sold without battery packs along with a monthly subscription consisting of unlimited battery swaps and all other vehicle ownership requirements like insurance, AMC, regular service, roadside assistance and firmware upgrades,” says Shubham. “Our motto is to build motorcycles we, as enthusiasts, have dreamt of and improve the ownership experience by leveraging scalable technologies like IOT and ML.”
They see their business as “Metal-smiths” and “Grid-Masters” both with revenue streams. The first that involves traditional manufacturing and the other new wave – swapping/charging services and other data based services end of the business.
The Startup has been working to develop the technologies and the subsystems for the past 3 years and is currently on verge of market entry.
